Module 0.5 and 0.7
All three planets are individual. Printing just one of them three times does not work. The teeth on each planet are shifted differently in cirumferential direction between the inner and outer profile. This makes it possible to distribute the planets evenly around the radius.
Because the module is so small and backlash is low, this can only be printed on a carefully tuned sla printer. It is preferable to underexpose slightly, else the gear may be impossible to assemble. Using a grease (not just oil) improves the efficiency by a lot. Oil helps in the assembly of tight fits.
Additional parts needed:
- each planet requires a 693 bearing
- the 626 bearing on the ouput shaft is optional
- an input shaft is provided but you should use something with more strength, like a 3mm drill bit
