Stepper Rack and Pinion

This is an easily mountable rack and pinion set that I designed for my daughters 4H project. We are mounting an electromagnet to this so it can pick and place steel checker pucks. This is mounted on a two axis cnc style setup. The end goal is a robot that can play checkers.

Tip: If the rack gear has a hard time sliding on the dovetail, sand down the bottom of the rack gear. This will give you more clearance. Also you may have to clean out the channel if it isn't clean enough.

Also:
Print the Pinion gear on its flat side,
Print the Rack gear on its back, dovetail down,
Print the Main body so the mounting holes are down.
