I couldn't find anything similar to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1182945 but for stereo loudspeaker cables so I design something by myself.
This thing will hold two pair of loudspeaker cable up to 4mmx10mm. I mainly used it to run the cables for the two rear speaker through my living room.
