Putting washers on your dry box connections might be overkill, but I made these anyway. There's 3 different washers:
1. Dry box bracket washer - this fits the profile of the spool mount bracket.
2. Dry box hex washer - this fits into the hex holes where the nuts go.
3. Dry box round washer - this is for the outside of the box for the screw head.
Two additional types:
1. Dry box bracket washer full - same as regular but no hole in the middle.
2. Dry box small round washer - an alternative to the hex washer.
I printed these on my Dremel 3D45 using Verbatim Primalloy white flexible filament. Since they're so small, I set to 30mm/s for all printing, infill and travel speeds; no retraction; 45C bed and 220C nozzle. 0.2mm layer height and either 0% or 100% infill depending on the washer. Sometimes bumping the filament flow to 110-125% helps as well. The oozy flexible filament tends to leave gaps or holes, especially if you try printing multiple washers in a single run, at lea
