This is a one-piece stickless arcade controller. There are two variants.
One variant is designed to accomodate a USB type C connector, model
Amphenol MUSBRM5C130
The other variant is designed to accomodate a USB type B extension, model
Startech USBPNLBFBM1
It is designed to take fourteen 24mm buttons and one 30mm button, type Sanwa OBSF.
Putting it together is a bit tricky, but doable if your hands are not too large.
