Sticky Note Holder w/ Template

This is a basic notes holder for standard sized sticky notes. I have two options for covers in the file, one is for drawing boxes and lines, the other is just a blank cover. Just choose to only print the plate of whichever of those you like. The space at the back is to hold the cover while writing.
