Stoma Guard for your ostomy. All three models are the same except for the amount of surface area against your skin. I recommend the one with the most surface area to prevent it from sliding around when wearing.

This is designed to be used with a belt, simular to the Coloplast 0421 - Assura Ostomy Belt, Adjustable. You may have to file the plastic down at the holes for the clip to attach correctly.

I glued a PlumbShop American Standard Flush Valve Seal Kit to the base to create a barrier between my guard and skin/flange/bag.

I have used this for climbing, with my harness resting on top of this guard, without issue.

The bag fills up faster because the bag has less room to expand. If you want a guard with a larger mount, check out my Stoma Guard v 5. I don't find the expanding to be an issue when using this since I only wear it when I am doing an activity and likly my bag empty anyways.
