stompbox lid adapted

I bought a delay stompbox kit from Landtone, but found out the PCB wouldn't fit in the aluminium casing (it was hitting the connectors), and also the potentiometers were sticking out a little too far. The lid from RTF671 had the same basic dimensions, so I made some changes to it.
I made the lid thicker and made some space in it for the PCB. And made adapters for the potentiometers (4 mm thick).
