Storage Bin Surface Exhaust Vent

As a follow-up to my [cable duct](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6625242) for my storage container enclosure for a solar battery, I wanted to add a vent on the lid to help with heat exhaust. I figure the side cable ducts will work well as air intake and this lid duct will give an easy path for the heat to escape. This is a modification of someone else's design, I added the surface-mounting flange to adapt it from the original pip-fit version. Unfortunately, I have lost track of the original version source so I'm regrettably not able to give credit to the person who did the majority of this design.
As with the cable duct, there is a backing plate which can also be used for locating and cutting the holes. Also, like the cable duct, I use a bit of rubbery material as a gasket to help with waterproofing. I also used some rubber washers under the screw heads. For a permanent solution, silicon would be a great solution.
