Strap-on Mount for Stem Adapter Mount

I design is 3D printed component that I called Strap-on mount for stem
adapter Mount. For the purpose of giving one of my bicycles some cargo
carrying ability, so basically I will be able to carry small items.
I made this in two parts in part 1 is the base of this 3D printed
component you can print it in any filament, I use pla filament,
and in part 2 I print that out in TPU to give it some friction so
the item ones its strapped on it will not move around, as you see
in the photos. If you wish to download these files depending upon
your 3D printer and your skill level with one, set your 3D printer
accordingly, once you're done with 3D printing may need a dremel
power tool or something similar to it to sand out some of the rough edges.
And some sandpaper to smooth them out further. You will need some straps.
