Stream Cheap USB-C

My remix of DaveM's Stream Cheap Box.

I had bought a few pro-micros off eBay that were USB-C instead of micro-usb, and they were slightly offset from center, meaning the original stream cheap didn't fit.

This is slightly different, with 5x2 switches instead of 4x2.

The faceplate is friction mounted with screw holes if necessary, they are not standard but I used some spare M2s after some post-print drilling.

Bottom also has cutouts for rubber feet that I had lying around, they are 40.6mm x 11.6mm.
