Stream Logic Plus

WORK IN PROGRESS!!!!

Decided to make my own version of the new Stream Deck Plus for sim racing as a remix of the RaceLogic by Bregfer. It uses a stream deck and adds some rotaries for additional functionality. Mine is a Mk 1 stream deck, so I had to permanently remove the front plate.
I tried to get my design printable on an Ender 3, hence the compact footprint. The design uses heat set threaded inserts for all fasteners. The idea was to have a single Pro Micro power both the screen and the rotary encoders, but work is in progress with that code too. I used CTS-288 for my encoders which do not have full arduino support (it takes two indents to register an input).
