Strike Indicator

This is meant to hang on the fishing line between a couple of the eyelets on the pole. It will weigh down part of the line but when a fish strikes, it will rise sharply or drop to the ground as a fish comes in towards the shore. I have used a similar setup on lakes for years when there is a wind that causes the rod tip to dance like a fish is striking.
