Strong French Cleat Hook System

I designed this french cleat system to be strong, stable, and easy to print. The continuous filament orientation from printing the hook flat will make it strong. The stabilizer block adds little to strength, but will keep the hook from tipping sideways when they're used together. The two hook styles are mix and match, and the stabilizers come in a single and dual hook option. Once you've printed them, hook the top notch into the top of the stabilizer, then press firmly for them to snap securely together. The 45 degree cleats are 5/8" deep, giving them a little clearance from the wall if you've used undersized 3/4" plywood. All parts should import into your slicer with the correct printing orientation for no supports and maximum strength. I designed in inches, so you may need to scale by 2540% on import. Print with 4+ walls in PETG for maximum strength.
