Stronger base for modular mounting system

This is a simple redesign of the base for the popular modular mounting system to make the top connector less prone to breaking along layer lines. Print the base with 3 holes in it, then print the 3 screw mounts separately with the layer lines along the thin direction for improved strength and either friction fit or glue them into the base.
