Stubby Deburring Tool Handle

Many thanks to jackw01 for creating this nice model.
I have created a stubby version and I also improved some of the fits. I have used -0.1mm horizontal expansion in cura, along with -0.06mm hole horizontal expansion, though this is only so my printer prints to good tolerances so you may not need to do this.
I have realised that the shafts of these deburring tips vary, so if the hole is too small, cleaning the oils off the base, heating it up with a lighter and turning it in the plastic helps loosen it up and make a perfect fit
no supports needed, orient handle to print on the flat side.
