I bought my girlfriend one of these - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082QVP8F1 - FightSense stun guns and within a day, the button had popped out! Problem is that the button is made out of silicone, so it is extremely easy to pull through the hole. This is a PLA plastic replacement button for these stun guns (they come in ia whole range of colors) and may fit other applications.
You will need to sand the outer edge smooth and disassemble the unit to install it, but you own a 3d printer. I think you can handle four screws :) just don't go licking any capacitors, no matter how inviting they may look!
