Really liked the design by Yannick_Turbang, but one small screw to hold it in place felt a bit weak, and the holder easily turns around.
This remix uses two screws to secure it in place. Screw head size up to 7mm and thread width of up to 3.5mm. Or just scale it as needed. I've included the .step file, so you can modify as needed.
