StylusFlex was a Kickstarter project that I and over 1800 other backed some months ago. The stand itself is a simple flexible rod with a stylus tip in one end and a headphone socket in the other end.
The problem with the stand is that the rod turns freely inside the socket and therefore stand doesn't work properly as smartphone stand. This design failure has made many backers to throw the stand into garbage.
This repair tip I designed fixes the turning problem. Print the tip and secure it in its place with a drop of super glue. For iPhone 6 and other phones that are about 7-8 mm thick and the headphone socket is placed in the middle of phone's side.
Because rod's silicone is left there between repair tip and the rod itself, repair tip will turn a bit when in place allowing some adjustments to be made but the stand works as intended.
