**WARNING** - This tool **REQUIRES** a bench top or standing drill press to work !!
This was designed and tested removing/reinstalling the valves on a Subaru EJ25 SOHC engine. It may work for other EJ25 variants but I have **NOT** tested anything other than the engine I have.
This project contains two models
1. **Valve Compressor** - The tool has a 1/2" shank and inserts into a standard drill press chuck. This allows you to compress the valve springs using the feed handle of your drill press.
2. **Combustion Chamber Block** - This block fills the combustion chamber to allow the valve to push against something relatively soft so that the valve spring can be compressed rather than simply having the valve move during the compression event.
** NOTE** - This setup requires you to provide a mechanism to tilt the head on the drill presses' work table so that the top of the valve is parallel to the printed compression tool. I accomplished this by placing the head on a non-slip m
