Subaru only sells the visor and clip together and it costs about $70. I've had a couple visor clips break on my 2011 Forrester over the years and decided to 3D print the clip. I've had my 3D printed clip in my car for about 6 months without issue. I hooked up a 5 pound weight to the clip and it held fine (see picture). This clip is gray in color and not a perfect match to the OEM (see picture).
