Simple subwooofer enclosure terminal block. Made for M10 bolts and nuts. Designed to be used with dual voic coils subs so that you can wire each voice coil to a terminal from the inside and if you need to change the impedance, you can do it from outside the enclosure with jumper wires. Just drill the holes on your enclosure and once bolts and nuts are through, the block will be secured to the outside.
I also made an internal post block but I ended up not using it on mine, opting instead for large washers from the inside (see pics).
I made two thicknesses (8mm and 10mm) depending on the length of the bolts you have. Just make sure the bolts are long enough so that you have enough threads once they go through the enclosure. See my pics for an idea.
I am personally using stainless hardware but copper will be best.
PLA or PETG will work fine.
