Suction Mounted Wastebasket

This suction-mounted wastebasket is made to stick to a smooth surface, like a shower wall, car window, or otherwise. I made it to collect little bits of trash that were collecting on the top of our shower door - floss, empty toothpaste tubes, spent razors, etc… There are also holes in the bottom of the wastebasket to allow water to drain out. It uses off the shelf suction cups I got at Lowe's (Hillman Plastic 5-lb Capacity Damage-free picture hanger 2 - Pack (Model #121028)) to slot into the mounting plate, and the wastebasket fits over that plate like a sort of french cleat. I printed mine in Bambu's White PETG, since it would be in a wet and humid environment, but I think PLA would work, unless you planned to use it in a hot car. Find the files here (mounting plate and wastebasket) on OnShape, if you'd like to re-size anything to your preference - the holes in the mounting plate will likely need to be adjusted if you use other suction cups than I did.
