A convention-safe cosplay sword based on Suigintou's sword in the anime "Rozen Maiden".
The blade is intended to be made from 1/4" balsa wood or 1/4" pink foam sheets for safety reasons and is cheap to replace if damaged.
I highly recommend printing the clamp so the grain follows the length of the clamp, otherwise it'll be prone to breaking once used. The rest can be printed as you prefer.
The cross guard was printed in three sections since my M3D Micro is such a small machine. An option to print it whole has been provided for those fortunate enough to have larger ones.
JB Weld is excellent to glue the cross guard and the handle pieces together if need be. Otherwise, the entire thing holds together without any sort of glue needed.
