Sukeban Deka Yo-Yo

The classic anime [**Sukeban Deka**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukeban_Deka) was the inspiration for a vast field of copycats and inheritors, not the least of which was the Battle Yo-Yo.

Having recently been reminded how awesome it was, I decided that I would try and put together a model which captured the style but was printable for people who enjoy classic cosplay.
