Summer Beach Racket

Get ready to hit the beach with this perfect laser cut summer project!


I created a digital file set for a wooden summer beach racket, perfect for laser cutting. The design includes two separate files: one for the racket itself and one for the handle.

The racket measures 38cm in height and 22cm in width, making it a great size for a fun day at the beach. The handle can be clamped and glued into the racket for a secure fit.

I recommend using 6mm plywood for both the handle and racket, and I personally used marine plywood for added durability. However, you can also use regular plywood if you prefer.

To make it truly waterproof, I applied a waterproof coating to the finished product. This ensures that your beach racket will withstand the elements and stay in great condition.

To make it truly special, you can even add engraving to personalize the design. This project is perfect for a summer of fun and relaxation.
