I printed SuperBearFur's design and loved it but had some thoughts on potential weak points. I could see that the nose posts could likely break off with their narrow print points. I also doubled up on the connection holes to address some comments around q-tip tip failure.

Since there was no design file, I simply just took measurements and recreated and made my adjustments. The hole lengths are 10mm, and 3 mm for the base. So you should be able to a good glue up for the post joints.

I posted the f360 file for easier remixing.
