Sunlight Writer

A simple holder for a lens to focus sunlight and use as a sunlight writer.

To use you need to be parallel to the sun with the holder and the object to be marked. Don't forget to wear sunglasses when using the focus is very bright. Burns leaves and cork mats almost instantly, dark items burn quicker than lighter items.


This was created to use Double-Convex (Bi-Convex) Spherical Lens, 50 mm Diameter, 50 mm Focal Length.

The lens should have a drop or two of glue to hold it in snugly.
