Sunlu 4-Spoke Spool Adapter

This is a spool adapter for undersized spools used by Sunlu and (possibly) other ‘unbranded’ filament manufacturers. This version is similar to the 3-spoke version produced by Matt_WRS at https://makerworld.com/en/models/650361-sunlu-reusable-gen-2-spool-ams-adapter#profileId-619171, but allows for the four spokes of some Sunlu spools and the larger anti-rotation stop. It also provides the correct location for the four sets of filament latching holes. Fine when printed in PLA, but please remove before placing in a dryer to prevent warping. The provided profile uses variable layer height to maximise the quality.
