Sunscreen Applicator Lightsaber Roll-On

This is a Roll-On applicator for sunscreen (or any similar cream - body milk, after sun, etc.) shaped as a lightsaber. It has an approximate volume of 30ml (30cm3) and both the bottom cover (for filling) and the top cover (to protect the roll-on ball) are screwed. Printing is straightforward:I printed the cover and the bottom parts in different color just because I ran out of silver :)The body can be printed in a single color (no AMS then) or coloured using height ranges to get an effect such as the one in the example. I used black in the thinnest parts.The ball is thin and light, use variable layer height to ensure a smooth sphere. Both sides should be glued using cyanoacrylate or similar (just a tiny drop). Once glued, use a small grain abrasive (but not much) to ensure it is smooth; you can roll it on the abrasive sheet for a little bit if needed. Then insert the ball into place and it should roll as intended. It has a very nice fit overall.3D printing constraints are taken into acc
