Suntracker column pivoting base

this is a column base for a sun tracker it can hold a weight of 1,5 to 2 tones. it is a very strong an d durable construction. the bearings that they are rough sketched with red color are a pair of SKF NU1022M for side forces and an SkF 51134 for the vertical forces of the weight. this can be produced from 3 pieces of tube. plus the base plate and the chain sprocket for the movement. see also real life application on last photo. it is designed in siemens NX and if anyone wants the prt file i can provide it for him. i was asked to make a study for construction for a clinet of my workshop www.noukaris.gr but wen they heard the cost for the bearings only they asked me to stopped, so because i spent some time for designing and parts listing i upload it here for free distribution.
