🔧 SUP Valve Repair – Button Replacement & Custom Wrench🧰 Tools & Parts:3D printed valve wrench (6-slot or 8-slot version depending on your valve)3D printed valve button (green piece – replaces broken original)ScrewdriverSoapy water (for leak testing)Optional: new O-ring seal (if the original is damaged)🪛 Instructions:1. Remove the ValveUse the matching 3D printed wrench to unscrew the valve from the SUP board.Be careful not to lose the rubber seal between the inner and outer parts.2. Replace the ButtonUse a screwdriver to remove the central screw inside the valve cap.Take out the broken plastic button.Insert the new 3D printed button (green part).Tighten the screw gently but firmly.3. Reassemble the ValvePlace the O-ring seal correctly back in position.Reattach the valve using the wrench – apply moderate torque (tight enough to seal but not overtighten).4. Leak TestInflate your SUP to normal pressure.Apply soapy water around the valve area with a sponge or spray.Watch for bubbles –
