General characteristics: - the board is made of 18 individual pieces that could be welded in 2x2 (using plastic welding) and making it only 6 pieces; - length 2893mm and weight of 13,6 kilograms; - it does not have any metal parts and does not include a paddle (I suggest using normal surf paddle that will be stronger and lighter than a 3D printed one); How to use: > Easy to assemble like a puzzle, pieces fit easily and cannot be mistaken. > For connection between parts use a rope ~6mm in diameter (it's cheap, easy to replace). There are holes that run through all the pieces and when disassembled they could be used for compact storage. > Needed skills for assembling the board: tying knots (and untying them) For easy transportation i recommend using kitbag. Designed in SolidWorks and rendered using KeyShot. Zips include STL files of all parts and native solidworks files. All parts meet the printer's size restrictions.
