Super Minimal WalletThis is a very slim wallet designed to have no moving parts and use minimal material to print. It's designed to hold max. 4-5 cards (depending on thickness), and it is only 6mm thick. It uses two compliant tabs for retaining the tabs. It gives a satisfying “click” when cards are fully inserted. There is a finger cutout at the bottom of the wallet, so you can push out the cards easily. The wallet is printed in two halves, then later glued together. (if your printer is tuned well, it should be a light interference fit)Note: if you use CA glue, allow glue to dry without cards in the wallet. The model is optimized for PLA/PLA+, the compliant card retaining mechanism has a long enough length for PLA to flex elastically without breaking or permanently deforming.
