This is a case for the optical SuperDrive that can be stripped from unibody MacBook Pros in favour of a second SSD. The case protects the drive from dust and damage while using the former internal drive as an external one.

For the best experience you will also need:
- A SlimlineSATA to USB3.0 adapter (similar to this one) which works a treat for me: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07PBGJFDT/
- 6 M3x10 screws
- 4 softish rubbery pads to dampen potential vibrations
- Some popcorn to properly enjoy your favourite DVDs ;)
