I used PLA when I first printed this and it has never warped - PETG would probably be fine too - though I do not know how much shrinkage there might be for everything to fit snug and have the clips hold together tightly. I think it would probably be fine.There are six big pieces - left and rights (and parts A and B) that get snapped together with the clips. I only put two screws through my backplane at the far edges, but if you want more, it may be difficult to attach nuts. I suggest putting the two bottoms together first and rest your backplane in the area to ensure the screws line up correctly - the two HDD Grid Guides simply rest on top of the backplane and are really only used for guiding the hard drive into place and provide spacing for air flow. The two sides clip together after pushing them into the grooves of the bottom halves. I presume you should be able to snap the sides together first and get the sides and bottoms to slide together with enough force - but it's easier to
