Recently got a Supernote A5X and the cases on Ratta's site are sold out so I made my own. This might be compatible with the Supernote Manta (A5X2), but I don't have a device to test it.
I printed the front and back covers in 4 parts each and glued them together. For the front cover, I adhered felt to one side that would be facing the screen, and then adhered a single piece of cotton fabric to the front cover and the back cover so that together it would make a book shape.
The back cover has a slot for a A5X rail (included with the models), but I did not use it in my final design since my case is printed out of PETG. The idea is if my case were more flexible, such as made out of TPU, I'd glue the rail in so the Supernote could slide in and out to keep it attached. As it stand,s the friction between the edges of the case are what keep my Supernote in place and it seems to work just fine.
The back cover also has slots to glue in elastic so that the cover can be kept shut and if you want
