Superstroke Cap CT10 adapter

Remix of the cap by billyd. I had isses with the cap being ripped apart when adding the CT10 so I decided to make it a 2 piece. I printed the part with the threads in ABS and then made a washer out of TPU. I printed the washer portion first and then paused the print to insert the washer.

Let me know if this works with Arccos.
