This model is a support interface test designed to evaluate the quality of the top support interface and the ease of support removal. The test focuses on two key parameters: Top Z distance Top interface pattern spacing When correctly tuned, the printed part detaches cleanly from the supports, while the support structure remains firmly attached to the build plate, leaving a smooth contact surface with minimal or no post-processing required. The model is intentionally small and fast to print, allowing quick iteration and comparison of different support interface settings (approx. 10 minutes print time, depending on slicer and printer). Recommended for testing support behavior with PLA and PETG and for fine-tuning slicer support settings before printing larger or more complex models.
