Suppressor HEL E4A AR-15; M16; M653

The HEL E4A was introduced during the Vietnam War and utilized by units such as the Navy SEALs, MACV-SOG, and LRRP. It was most commonly seen mounted on M16 rifles. This specific model features an M14+ (CW) thread. If you require a CCW version, simply flip the main tube and the end cap along the X-axis. Designed specifically for G&P M16 and Colt M653 models. Tolerances are already included in the design. The barrel diameter on G&P models is 15mm; be aware that other manufacturers may have out-of-spec barrels that are wider. Print using ABS or PAHT-CF. Use the highest possible infill depending on the material. The suppressor inserts (baffles) are functional. Print them from TPU—I used 90A for AMS compatibility and I'm very satisfied with the results(5% infill). Use M4 threaded inserts and an M4x12 Allen screw for the rear section.
