Sur-ron mudflap clamp / mudguard

This is a clamp to make a mudflap for the Sur-Ron electric bike to protect the rear shock and linkage. Designed with a lip to prevent the material folding into the linkage and making contact with it
Cut up something (I used a rubber tile) and use the clamps to secure it to the bike. You use the 2 existing bolt holes in the swingarm and the 2 existing posts at the back of the tail light to secure it in place
You will need
- 2x longer M5 Bolts (25mm?)
- Optionally a couple washers
- Some sort of material such as a rubber tile. Cut to approx 280mm x 130mm or thereabouts
(I'm using 300mm x 130mm in the picture but it is a bit too long. Can be shorter as long as it allows full shock travel. Install it with the bike on a stand to verify)
There are 3 base files that have different angles, the difference is shown in an image above.
Closest visually looks the best, but I was getting a little bit of rubbing at full compression and this could cause the paint to eventually wear
