Surefire 3 Prong/Warcomp Install Tool

This is a ratchet attachment to help with the install of a surefire warcomp or 3 prong. Torque to the recommended torque spec and use shims to time if needed. The socket for the ratchet could probably be improved by adding a detent but it works as is.
