The Surface Book screen detaches from the keyboard and can act like a tablet. It also has a power plug at the bottom, where you can connect the power adapter that came with it.
This is a simple stand that accommodates the thickness of the power cable so it stays out of the way. I carved it on a desktop CNC out of plywood.
The tablet is 1cm thick, and the power cable has a diameter of 0.5cm
