Use PLA. When pulling apart I bend the stack back and forth, this brakes the seal between parts mostly in the center. It may seem hard but most times they separate. Then I separate with a butter knife. Separate into groups of 5. Then bend further, then separate into single units.
I have a MP Mini V2 so I have to down size to 90% and rotated to fit part on the bed.
