Surgical Mask Strap Support, 2 stud

I have been using the Surgical Mask Strap by BlackoakStudio for a few weeks now all day at work and it is a huge improvement over most other strap holders. However, I still noticed some pressure on my ears which can be seen in the original designs 1st picture. This wasn't an issue until 4-5 hours through the day when it began to hurt. With the "Two Stud" version it stays off my ears completely.
