Sushi Cutter

This remake is composed of two separate parts and allows you to cut sushi rolls in a uniform and practical way. The base is separate and flat because in my opinion it is more comfortable to use; in this way it is also possible to cover it with baking paper or film to have greater control over hygiene. The sushi roll is placed on the flat base and then the cutting guide is inserted. after cutting, the cutting guide can be lifted to conveniently place the cut sushi on the serving plates.
