Coil spring base automotive suspensions typically have a rubber rebound to limit motion when the maximum compression of the suspension is approached. On older vehicles these rebounds may have deteriorated over time. In this particular instance I find the "foamed polyurethane" rebounds on the rear suspension of my 1988 Merkur Scorpio to have totally deteriorated. I experimented printing small test cylinders at different infill percentages to mimic the elastic consistency of the original material when printed with 90 durometer polyurethane filament. 27-30% seemed correct for my application, however you may wish to experiment for your
