SV03 BL Touch Mount

I didn't like that removing the fan housing for the hotend would take the BL touch with it on an SV03, and could require to redo z offset, so I made this to attach to the motor/extruder mount. It's kind of a tight fit, and you need a longer m4 screw, but it seems to be working fine.
