Swappable control panels for Mini Arcade

This model is based off the excellent Mini Arcade model found here - https://makerworld.com/en/models/94544#profileId-102047 I was also provided valuable information from @gnosu on how to find parts that would fit and the idea for using thumb screws for easy swapping in/out. These control panels allow for easy drop in/pop out of different controllers for use with the Mini Arcade. Along with the Sanwa joystick used in the original design, I also created control panels for a trackball and spinner. Along with the control panels, I also had to modify the Right/Left panels to add a shelf to support the control panels on since they no longer fit into the grooves of the side panels.
