SWEDISH BIRD HOUSE

This is a bird house designed to look like a traditional Swedish cottage with a small front porch. You can decide if you want to print the house shell as one piece: gehaeuse_v2  or you can print the house shell in 3 parts: Floor: boden_v2 Sidewall 1: fasssade_01 Sidewall 2: fasssade_02_v2  There are also two mounting plates for the house available: montageleiste | for screw mounting (M6 or similar) montageleiste_2 | for zip tie, wire or string mounting  What you need: Patience ( My printing time was ~100h) Super Glue A drinking straw (5mm Outer Diameter) for the roof gutter A M6 Screw and nut or something similar to mount the birdhouse to the mounting braket 4 M5 Nuts and 4 Screws for the detachable roof I have also used black nail polish and painted the surface for the window and door opening black before i glued the parts to the house. Additional notes: The standard birdhouse hole size is 30mm (einflugring_gewinde) and 45mm (einflugring). The roof is the only part of the assembly that needs a little bit of support at the bottom of the print. If you have a woodpecker close by the chances are high, that he will like the sound of the birdhouse and will tear big holes in the walls. It happened to me already twice. I really don't have a solution for that. I printed the 3rd house now with almost 100% infill for the walls.
